    There are many benefits to taking vitamins, including better health and maybe even a longer life. In addition to being good for your body, vitamins are also good for your mind. Taking vitamins on a regular basis can help you feel more alert and focused, as well as improve your mental health. 

     

    But why take vitamins in supplement form?

    This is a great question. You see all kinds of diets and healthy lifestyles being promoted. You’ve heard that you should cut out processed foods, eat more vegetables and exercise more. So should you focus on those or just take vitamins in supplement form?

    The answer is both. Supplements generally pick up where your diet leaves off. Of course vitamins are naturally present in some foods, but many people do not get enough vitamins through their diet alone.
